- UAE / KSA / Kuwait / Qatar / Oman / Bahrain

Payment Options
- COD(Cash On Delivery) : Available in GCC (*Need confirmation call)
- Credit Card or Debit Card : Available in all countries

* In case of COD, we dispatch the order only after you received a confirmation call by us. Please review correct mobile number when you place an order.
* We highly advise you to make card payment to ensure the fastest delivery because we can reduce screening time of your order.

Days of Delivery
- UAE : Next day delivery for orders until 12pm. / 1~3 business days
- GCC : 3~7 business days (after confirmation call)
- Other Countries : 5~12 business days

Delivery Charge
It will be calculated when you check out. *In case of COD order, the additional handling charge will be added.

Missed Delivery
If there is a chance you will not be home to receive your order, contact our Customer Care team at (Arabic)+971 50 134 7398, (English)+971 56 704 2242 to reschedule delivery. If you have already missed the delivery appointment, an agent from our delivery partner will contact you either by email or mobile sms to inform you of the missed delivery and will set a new time for another delivery.

Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
